Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd is currently in the process of a Standard Payments Institution license application with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”). Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd and is not under any exemption status to offer any digital payment token (“DPT”) services or any cross-border money transfer services.

Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of the DPT service, which includes disclosures in respect to instruction receipt and information provision arrangements, applicable fees and costs, customer order execution processes as well as the consequences of customers’ assets during an insolvency event.

All customers’ assets (fiat or DPT) that are held with Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd on behalf and for the benefit of the customers, are segregated from Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd’s own proprietary assets (fiat or DPT). Customers’ assets may be commingled with other Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd’s customers’ assets for efficient operational and risk management requirements. 

The MAS requires us to provide the following risk warnings and disclosures to you, in the event that you become a customer of a digital payment token (DPT) service provider. Do note that before you pay any money or DPT, you should be aware of the following:

a. Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd is not licensed by MAS to provide DPT services. Please note that even if Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd is licensed by MAS to provide DPT services, it does not mean you will be able to recover all the money or DPTs you paid to Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd if Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd business fails.

b. You should not transact in the DPT if you are not familiar with this DPT. This includes how the DPT is created, and how the DPT you intend to transact is transferred or held by your DPT service provider.

c. You should be aware that the value of DPTs may fluctuate greatly. You should buy DPTs only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such tokens.

d. You should be aware that Nogle (Singapore) Pte Ltd, once it has obtained the relevant license to provide DPT services, may offer services related to DPTs which are promoted as having a stable value, commonly known as “stablecoin”.
